Ingredients:

1 kl Pork Liempo, cubed

1 c water and a little salt

1 c pineapple vinegar (suka tuba ng pina)

3 pcs laurel leaves

5 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp Aji Ginisa Mix

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 tsp sugar

3 T Kikkoman Light Soy Sauce

1/4 c water

Procedure:

1. In a kawali, put in the pork liempo with water and salt. Cover.  Boil until oil comes out. Brown the meat for a while.

2. Uncover then lower the fire. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Cover again.

3. Simmer until liquid reduces to a sauce.

4. Serve with hot plain rice.
