
Ingredients:
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp **Dona Elena Extra Olive Oil
1 pc cabbage, shredded
2 pcs carrots, grated
To taste salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Mix vinegar and sugar with a whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Slowly add the olive oil and whisk well.
- Add the cabbage and carrots to the dressing.
- Toss well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Ready to serve.
