Ingredients:
1 can corn kernal
1 carrots (cut into small cubes)
garlic
1 Tbsp oil
4 Tbsp of butter
3 Tbsp of corn kernel broth
1 tsp brown sugar
salt to taste
Procedure:
Put oil in a pan and saute garlic for 1 minute. put the butter and add the carrots.
Add the corn broth, sugar and salt to taste.
Let it simmer for atleast 3 mins.
Serve with your favorite fried chicken, fish or meat of your choice.
