Ingredients:

1 carrot (peeled, then cut into small cubes)
1 apple    (peeled, then cut into small cubes)
1 pear     (peeled, then cut into small cubes)
1 ripe mango  (peeled, then cut into small cubes)
4-5 Tbsp. brown sugar (or according to your taste)
1/2 cup evaporated milk or fresh milk
2-3 cups crushed ice

Procedure:

In a blender,  put the carrots first  and a little water and blend.
Then add the apple and the pear.
After the 3 first fruits are getting smooth, then put the mango.
Add the sugar and the milk.
Then add the crushed ice.
Blend until becomes smooth.
Pour in a dringking glass and serve.
