Ingredients:
500g Fettuccine cooked according to package directions.
White Sauce:
2 tbsp Dona Elena Pure Olive Oil
1 tbsp garlic,minced
2 tbsp onion, minced
1 cup bacon, diced
1 cup Jolly whole mushroom, sliced
1 pack powdered mushroom soup, dissolved in
2 cups water.
2 cups All purpose cream
Parmesan cheese
crispy bacon bits
Dissolve powdered mushroom soup in 2 cups water
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add bacon, cook for about 2 minutes, or until meat changes in color. Add mushrooms. Pour the dissolved mushroom soup. Mix well with the ingredients. Simmer. Lower the heat. Add 2 packs of All purpose cream, Add water as needed, until desired consistency is achieved. Lower the heat. then wait till sauce thickens. Add pepper and salt (optional) according to taste.
Mix sauce over the cooked pasta. Top with parmesan cheese and crispy bacon bits.
