Do you have any suggestions for cooking classes for beginners that 1) Doesn't cost an arm and a leg. 2) Doesn't interfere with work schedules. 3) Teaches fundamentals of proper cooking techniques. I want to improve my cooking skills for personal consumption but don't have much time because of work.

Hi Raffy, CCA (Center for Culinary Arts) holds one day basic cooking classes at their satellite school at Farmer's market. I think it does not cost that much. You can inquire with them.

If it does not work, you can always attend the monthly cooking classes of Cuisinera club.

Hi Rodita! Happy New Year. I saw on the frontpage that there's going to be a session on January 30 at Podium. Aphrodisiac recipes! ;-P
