Balay Indang's Ceasar Salad

When we had our retreat last Sept. 10-11 in Balay Indang, I've tasted this very delicious salad prepared by one of their cook...

I'm asking for the measurements and everything, but she just answered me,"walang saktong sukat, basta sa panlasa nio na lang."

So, it's up to your taste na lang...

Lettuce

Cucumber (Cut into long but very thin strips)

Singkamas (the same with cucumber)

Carrots (the same)

Sweet Corn Kernel

Parmesan Cheese

Grower Nuts

Dressing:

Thime or other herbs

Japanese Mayo

Nestle All Purpose Cream

Vinegar

Ground Pepper

Sugar

How:

Just mix all the ingredients for dressing....

That's all. Very simple and easy ....
